Formerly a Government Official, this man has lost his identity. He is called The Government Official because that is all he is known for.
Because nobody knows his real name, and nobody cares to listen, Gov always looks like he is going to attack an innocent person. One day, as he was wandering around with no point, which is his life story, he fell into the sewers. For ten days he had to survive by eating matches and not moving, for the fall had broken his legs
When he was finally rescued, the amount of matches he consumed was enough to give him the ability to control fire, and since he hadn't moved he had a very large build up of potential energy. So much, in fact, that he can do things no ordinary person can.
The Government Official has no idea about politics. He uses phrases incorrectly, and tries to tax objects that cannot be taxed. Like robots.
After joining the Justice Strike Force, The Government Official has taken on a more "heroic" look. His ideals still remain the same.
